Cook Something Bold Day is November 8th. For some reason, when I think 'Bold', I think Spicy!! Here is our favorite {{simple}} recipe for Buffalo Chicken Dip in the crock pot (In case you haven't noticed, I'm a fan of my crock pot).
Ingredients:
1 Whole Rotisserie Chicken
1 Block of Cream Cheese , softened
1 Cup of Cheddar Cheese, shredded
2 Cups of Frank's Wing Sauce
2 Cups of Ranch, any Ranch will do
Tortilla Chips for Dipping
Directions:
-Take ALL of the yummy chicken off of the bone, shred it into small pieces
-Mix all of the ingredients together in the crock pot and heat on low for 3 hours.
-Enjoy over tortilla chips, Refrigerate leftovers.
That's it... Seriously, and it's SO good!!
